Timetable Pick-Up For Next Year Grade 11-12 Students  June 24-25 - Timetable pick up in STUDENT SERVICES from 10:00am to 2:30pm on a first come, first served basis.

Course Request Changes For Next Year Grade 11-12 Students (July 6-10
Timetable changes from 10:30am - 1:30pm on a first come first served basis will be made for the following reasons only:
  • Students with an academic imbalance (ie 3 core classes in semester one and 1 in semester two),
  • Changes because of a summer school course, or 
  • Missing course requests (current course requests are posted to SchoolZone).
Again, these are the only reasons we for which will be making timetable changes.  We will not entertain moving classes because of work, or switching out of full year classes.  If you are unsure if your timetable change meets these requirements, please call before you come (780-413-2700).  We don't want you to come to the school if a change can not be made at that time.
