STUDENT CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Grade 10 students are required to attend confirmation of registration with their Link Crew group and leaders on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2.  Contact will be made with all registered Grade 10 students prior to the event.  During this process, students will:

-       be photographed and receive a student ID card

-       can purchase picture packages from Lifetouch

-       purchase their September bus pass (Annual or monthly pass)

-       pay their Student Council fee (see further information below)

 

Grade 11 and 12 students will be called alphabetically to the cafeteria on the first day of classes (September 8) to confirm their registration.  During this process students will:

-       be photographed and receive a student ID card

-       can purchase picture packages from Lifetouch

-       purchase their September bus pass (Annual or monthly pass)

-       pay their Student Council fee (see further information below)

 

 

SEPTEMBER BUS PASSES

 

Students may purchase their bus passes using cash or cheque only during their scheduled confirmation of registration. 

-       bus passes are $55.00 per month, OR

-       annual bus passes may also be purchased, prior to September 15 for $470.00

-       if a student loses a bus pass, the replacement cost is $69.00

-       please note that a student must have his/her student ID card when purchasing or picking up bus passes. 

 

 

LIFETOUCH STUDENT PHOTOS

 

Students wishing to purchase a Lifetouch photo package must access and print the Lifetouch order form that is available on SchoolZone.  The school will not accept payment for photo packages.  Payment is to be made directly to the photographer at the time the photo is being taken. 

 

 

STUDENT COUNCIL FEES

 

Student Council is an active and integral part of Harry Ainlay High School’s culture and experience!  As a school, we recommend this membership as a key element to the overall success of your high school experience.  The $20.00 fee charged to students provides for:

-       the opportunity to be eligible for membership on a sports team

-       participate in 40 student clubs

-       enjoy FREE FOOD at identified Student Council hosted events throughout the year

-       participate in noon hour and special holiday activities in the Rotunda

-       participate in and enjoy intramural activities.

 

2015-2016 PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

 

Fees will be payable commencing October 3.  All fees must be paid by October 31.   

 

Step 1 – Access:

-       Parents/students are to access, review and print their fee invoice on SchoolZone.

 

Step 2 – Payment:

-       On October 3 payments can be made in Business Services by: 

Cash, cheque, debit or credit card 

-       Please note that only those charges currently shown on the student’s invoice are to be paid.
