Harry Ainlay observed a minute of silence Wednesday, November 9th at 11:00 am in commemoration of Remembrance Day.  The entire student body congregated in the North Field of the school where the ceremony was conducted.  We were joined by Senator Tommy Banks (retired), Minister of Indigenous Relations the Honourable Richard Feehan, Brigadier General S.C Hetherington, and Chief Warrant Officer S.D. Douglas.  The Harry Ainlay choir performed "O Canada," Laura Hawley performed "Au champ d'honneur," and Rebecca Cave read "in Flanders Fields."  A special thanks to returning alumni Matt Langor for trumpeting "The Last Post, "The Flowers of the Forest," and "Reveille."  Thanks also to Hugh MacDonald, our bagpiper.

A special thanks to students Zanib Pannu and Leena Anwar for their outstanding work in all aspects of the event, including leading the ceremony itself; Rawan Osama made an outstanding contribution behind the scenes.

Our Titans conducted themselves with the maturity and gravity that befitted this event.
